The Chapter Director is responsible for running each meeting according to the BNI Agenda & Policies.

Selecting the appropriate leadership team and visitor hosts.

The chapter director is responsible for compiling the goals for the chapter and ensuring all members are working toward those.

The membership coordinator is responsible for collating the statistics for the chapter and communicating there to the group. The membership co-ordinator runs the membership committee meeting and helps focus relevant activities on new member recruitment.

The Secretary Treasurer is reponsible for managing the group's finances and bank account. Other responsibilities include: collecting joining fees, subs, weekly breakfast charges etc.

In addition, this role keeps track of speakers for the 10 minute presentations.
